Odds are, you have either (a) not activated your password by picking horses (which is different than signing up for a password), (b) you have not waited at least 72 hours after signing up for horses for your password to become active, or (c) you entered in the wrong user ID. If you have not performed (a), please read the instructions; you MUST pick horses before you can play (regardless of whether or not you currently play the basketball game)! It will then be up to 72 hours from the time that you choose your horses before your account becomes active. If you have not waited at least 72 hours, please return later and try your user ID and password at that time. If it has been at least 72 hours since you chose your horses, and you are sure that you are entering in the correct user ID, e-mail Larry! Be sure to include (in the body of the letter) the e-mail you received from the system verifying that you have picked your horses (this e-mail includes your user ID, time of sign-up, and horses you chose). Without this information, we cannot process your problem as quickly (or possibly at all).
